Discrete element contact parameters measurement and calibration of sugarcane leaves based on RSM-PSO

چکیده

In response to the lack of accurate and reliable parameters in discrete element simulation analysis sugarcane leaf crushing return device, this work, actual simulated errors two stacking angles α β leaves were used as indicators calibrate parameters. The second-order regression models between important obtained by Plackett-Burman test, steepest climb Box-Behnken optimization variance interaction factors performed. surface method particle swarm algorithm find best significance parameters, combination was obtained: static friction coefficient 0.306, rolling 0.198, recovery leaf-plate collision 0.102. relative results physical test angle 0.609% 1.643%, respectively. calibration can provide a theoretical reference for design research returning machines, well model crops with high water content.
